2017 Fusion Sport meets demands of Friendly Ford customers
The 2017 Fusion Sport model at Friendly Ford combines speed with luxury at an affordable price.
With a 2.7-cubic-inch, turbo-charged EcoBoost sporting 325 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, the Fusion Sport covers all of its bases for the buyer wanting performance, luxury and dependability.
The vehicle includes six-speed automatic transmission, steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters and standard all-wheel drive, along with Sync3 technology for user-friendly touch-screen navigation.
Also provided standard is heated and cooled seats, 10-way driver’s seat with dual-memory seating and dual-zone automatic temperature control. Fuel mileage ratings are 17 city and 26 highway.
“We actually have a lot of people with the military who purchase the Fusion Sport,” said sales and leasing consultant Kevin Speakman, a native Las Vegan. “They are young, and they want power and excellent fuel mileage along with the dependability that Ford Motor Company includes in the vehicle.”
Now in its 11th year, the Fusion is a long-running nameplate.
“The longevity of the Fusion is evidence that the car has become a favored model in the automobile industry,” Speakman said.
The Fusion has always been a popular model for Ford. The 2017 model has striking features that include a new rotary gearshift dial that replaces the traditional gear shifter, and its more open cabin provides an even more comfortable ride. The newly redesigned Fusion is available with LED headlamps.
