Student showcase set at East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center
Children and adults who have taken classes at East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center will present a showcase of what they have learned from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the center, 250 N. Eastern Ave.
The free event will feature routines from the salsa dance, senior dance and children’s folklorico classes; music from mariachi and rondalla groups and guitar classes; and a display of student artwork, among other activities. There also will be refreshments.
