Bally Technologies, a Las Vegas slot maker, named Bruce Rowe senior vice president of business development, effective Friday.

Mario Andretti Racing School, an Indy-style car racing school at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, named Ron Jackson casino and hotel sales director.
