Country artists to perform downtown

Country music artists will strut their stuff on the First and Third Street Stages at the Fremont Street Experience this weekend.

From 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday, artists scheduled to perform include James Otto, Halfway 2 Hazard, Trent Tomlinson, Trick Pony, Poverty Neck Hillbillies, Ray Scott, Little Texas and Keith Anderson.

From 2 p.m. to midnight Sunday, the lineup includes Montgomery Gentry, Keith Anderson, Dierks Bentley, Cory Gierman, Josh Gracin, Halfway 2 Hazard, Buddy Jewell, Big Kenny, Craig Morgan, Heidi Newfield, John Nicholson, James Otto, Trick Pony, Carolina Rain, Ray Scott, Trent Tomlinson, Two Foot Fred and Trent Willmon.

Emerson Drive, Gretchen Wilson and a special guest performer also are scheduled from 6:45 p.m. to midnight Sunday.

The Fremont Street Experience is downtown between Main Street and Las Vegas Boulevard.
