Bennett, Clarkson top Agassi benefit

A star-studded cast of entertainers headline Andre Agassi’s 2007 Grand Slam For Children benefit concert on Oct. 6 at the MGM Grand Garden arena, with Tony Bennett, Kelly Clarkson, Matchbox Twenty, Carlos Santana, George Wallace and Jerry Seinfeld. Tickets are $50, $70 and $90 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the MGM Grand box office, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Reunited drone rock greats the Jesus and Mary Chain play the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on Oct. 20, with Evan Dando. General admission tickets are $35 in advance, $37 day of show and reserved seats are $45. They go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the House of Blues box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.
