One Step at a Time

Young dancers are wrapping up three weeks of intense concentration during the Summer Youth Dance Camp at Charleston Heights Arts Center. The program is open to intermediate and advanced students ages 11 to 18. The young dancers worked on their technique and added to their repertoire by studying ballet, jazz, Latin and Pilates under instructor Jacqueline Koenig. They will offer a performance of what they’ve learned to invited guests on Friday. The program is offered by the city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services Arts & Community Events Division.
