Marketing agencies announce merger
A pair of advertising-communications agencies, DRGM Advertising and the Rose/Glenn Group, are merging to create The Glenn Group.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
In a statement, the companies said the combined entity will have more than 80 employees in Reno and Las Vegas with capitalized billings of more than $60 million.
DRGM Chairman John Glenn will retire from the company’s day-to-day operations but will continue to serve on its board of directors. Glenn started DRGM in 1975.
Valerie Glenn will become president and chief executive officer. She has served as president and chief executive officer of the Rose/Glenn Group, a firm started by her father, Phil Rose, in 1979, and which she joined as a partner in 1989. Rose retired in 2003.
The Glenn Group’s Las Vegas offices will remain at 6600 Amelia Earhart Court, Suite A.
