Phil ‘CM Punk’ Brooks: To say this is a one and done is premature — VIDEO

Former WWE wrestler turned MMA fighter, Phil “CM Punk” Brooks (0-0) and Mickey Gall (2-0) spoke to media Thursday on a conference call ahead of UFC 203.

To CM Punk, competing at UFC 203 is about proving he’s capable of successfully transitioning to mixed martial arts. Not only does he want to fight in the UFC beyond his first-ever bout, but he is also confident that he’ll finish Mickey Gall.

Gall was discovered by UFC president Dana White on Lookin’ For a Fight. Training out of New Jersey, Gall called out CM Punk and wanted to welcome him to the UFC. After submitting Mike Jackson in his promotional debut, Gall got the opportunity he wanted.

On Sept. 10th, Mickey Gall and CM Punk will lock horns at UFC 203. They are slated to do battle on the pay-per-view main card. The event will take place at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
