ACTRESS GARTH REPRISING ROLE IN ‘90210’ SPINOFF?

All set to play the role of the ex-wife in "My Best Friend’s Girl," a new CBS pilot, Jennie Garth has abruptly left the project — giving rise to speculation that she’ll instead head back into her Kelly Taylor "Beverly Hills, 90210" guise for the spinoff under development for the CW network, says the Hollywood Reporter.

Garth, 36, also has been dealing with the loss of her father, who died after she landed the role in "My Best Friend’s Girl." She’ll be replaced by Canadian actress Kristin Booth.
