Move-in ready homes available at Pardee Homes’ Rosetta neighborhood

At Pardee Homes’ Rosetta neighborhood in the master-planned Mountain’s Edge community, a select number of move-in ready homes are being offered with prices starting from $185,400.

Among the available Rosetta homes is Plan One at home site 138, a three-bedroom, 21/2-bath home that measures 1,444 square feet with two-car garage priced at $187,825.

The Plan Two A at home site 135 measures 1,599 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, study and two-car garage priced at $185,400.

“These remarkable offerings represent a great value in one of the valley’s most popular master-planned communities,” said Pardee Homes’ regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Also, available for move-in in September is Rosetta Plan Two B at home site 118 and Plan Four C home at site 140. The Plan Two B measures 1,599 square feet square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage priced at $188,600 while the Plan Four C measures 1,881 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, loft and two-car garage priced at $202,675.

Rosetta’s two-story homes feature three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to three baths and two-car garages ranging from 1,444 to 1,881 square feet. Floor plans include great rooms and options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.

Rosetta Residence One measures 1,444 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room and two-car garage while Residence Two measures 1,599 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, family room and two-car garage. Residence Two offers an optional loft in lieu of a third bedroom.

Rosetta Residence Three measures 1,829 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, family room, den and two-car garage with an optional fourth bedroom with guest bath available in lieu of the downstairs den and powder room.

Residence Four at Rosetta measures 1,881 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, family room, two-car garage and is offered with an optional loft in lieu of a fourth bedroom.

All of Pardee’s newly designed homes are part of the builder’s LivingSmart brand. According to Tuvell, this is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Residents in Mountain’s Edge have access to community parks, baseball fields, sports fields, an outdoor amphitheater and picnic areas, according to Tuvell.

To reach Rosetta at Mountain’s Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain’s Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
