Former Station Casinos executive Bill Warner has resigned last week from the board of directors of Shuffle Master Gaming.
In a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Shuffle Master said Warner who was appointed to the board in November 2008, resigned “for personal business reasons.”
The filing added that Warner’s resignation “was not due to any disagreement with the company’s senior management or independent auditors or about any disagreement with the company’s operations, policies, practices, or financial statements.”
