Rumors on Fertittas buying a stake in the Raiders addressed

Since the UFC sold to WME-IMG, Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta are billionaires. Rumors are swirling as to whether or not they will attempt to buy a stake in the Raiders. At a Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee meeting to discuss possible locations for building a NFL stadium in Las Vegas, those rumors were addressed.

The UFC sold for over $4 billion this week. At the SNTIC meeting, it was revealed that the Fertittas have thrown their 100-acre property located on West Tropicana Ave. near The Las Vegas Strip into the mix for potential stadium locations.
