Former KJUL-AM radio announcer Scott O’Neil died on stage Thursday afternoon in front of about 500 audience members during a taping of "The Dennis Bono Show" in the South Point showroom.
Dennis Bono confirmed the death Thursday in a statement.
A representative for the South Point said O’Neil collapsed on stage about 2 p.m. His cause of death is unknown.
Bono said in the statement that he was saddened by O’Neil’s passing.
