Henderson man dies after Sunday night crash

A 47-year-old Henderson man has died after a crash earlier this week.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the man died Monday after a Sunday night collision on U.S. Highway 95 near Wagon Wheel Drive.

Police said the man was driving a 2008 Volkswagen when he swerved into a 2011 Toyota Yaris.

Both cars overturned.

Four people in the Toyota and a male passenger in the Volkswagen were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Volkswagen died at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.

He has not been identified.
