TUF’s Rountree didn’t want Hendricks to be viewed as ‘prey’ — VIDEO

Though Cory Hendricks defeated Khalil Rountree to advance to the semi-finals in The Ultimate Fighter, he didn’t want him to be viewed as prey because he was injured.

The two are friends and train together at Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas, but were on opposite teams on TUF 23. They squared off in the first quarterfinal bout of the season and Hendricks submitted Rountree.

Rountree also discusses how ecstatic Team Joanna was to get their first win when Josh Stansbury defeated Abdel Medjedoub via decision.
