Cowboy Christmas, FanFest draws 186,100 over 10 days

Attendance at the Las Vegas Convention Center for Cowboy Christmas Gift Show and the inaugural Cowboy FanFest – two free events related to the 10-day Wrangler National Finals Rodeo – hit 186,100 for the 10 days. A record 31,119 people visited the convention center on Dec. 8.

It was the first year for the FanFest, which featured 100,000 square feet of exhibitors, interactive booths and concerts. FanFest was next to the Christmas gift show, which featured 300,000 square feet and nearly 400 exhibitors.

The previous highest number of visitors at the Christmas show was 160,863 in 2007.
