6 Wild Media – Is the only horse in the field to of started within the last 9 months; Bruce Headley adding blinkers on.

2 Southern Sunrise – Logical chalk ran a heady 103 Beyer about a year ago today, still didn’t graduate; 5-YO has talent.

Long Shot – 4 Fly High

Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $21,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

4 Church Avenue – Jerry Hollendorfer has won twice with this 7-YO while dropping in class; he is shoving him down our throats.

2 Halfaponderosa – Lost all chance at the start in a race he figured to excel in; chance to rebound at a square price.

Long Shot – 5 Tip Your Hat

Race 3 – 5 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

2 So Pretty – Looks best among those with experience; speed is a big asset at the lower class rungs.

6 Suances Luck – FTS from Darrell Vienna need not be much to compete; has been working fast in the a.m.

Long Shot – 5 Goodtobewild

Race 4 – 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $40,000, Claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up

7 Passing Game – Dead late closer got up in the final stride in last; colt likes the hill in both his starts over it.

9 Ivanho – Has won twice over Santa Anita sod; first time down the hill, but figures to find his best stride late.

Long Shot – 2 Showme Yourfriends

Race 5 – 1 1/8th miles, Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

6 Egg Drop – Filly remains highly regarded despite owning just a MSW win; has the pedigree to run all day so 2-turns not an issue.

4 Saturday Nite Ride – Anything from the Bob Baffert barn must be respected; really few home in last in a diploma effort.

Long Shot – 2 Include the Cat

Race 6 – 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $63,000, Optional claiming $80,000, 4-year-olds and up

6 Starspangled Heat – Edwin Maldonado has been a revelation to the jockey colony; he reminds me of a P Val clone, aggressive.

7 Chosen Miracle – Speed and cut back in distance are a dangerous mix; parking lot post is a positive too.

Long Shot – 2 Koast

3 Lady Rosamond – Draw a line thru the Santa Ynez and her resume looks fine; this is meant to be a confidence booster.

1 Blushing Angel – Closer exits a bullet workout for this; usually needs a quick pace to chase to do her best.

Long Shot – 7 Sweet Factory

Race 8 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $25,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

4 English Rhythm – Dull try in last off the claim by Mike Mitchell; doesn’t waste time dropping her is class for this.

7 Cuvee Exchange – Even effort in turf debut down the hill; the pace today will be slower and she can sita nice trip.
