Angel Management Group takes over operation of Chateau nightclub at Paris Las Vegas

Angel Management Group, which already counts Pure, Wet Republic and Tabu Ultra Lounge in its portfolio of Strip clubs, has taken over operation of the Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas.

The announcement was made Monday as Angel moved in, but employees were told about it last week. Angel CEO Neil Moffitt said in a statement that he would work with Chateau’s owners to “design and develop additional experiences” but did not give specifics.

Last month, the club became embroiled in litigation when one of the shareholders, Entertainmentconcepts Corp., filed a lawsuit in Clark County District Court alleging that other investors had been improperly squeezed it out. Nightclub promoter Steve Davidovici, one of Chateau’s founders and the original manager, and his wife, Charissa, had split ownership of Entertainmentconcepts. Last year, he signed his interest over to her as he pleaded guilty to tax evasion charges.
