Pedestrian dies after being struck by vehicle on U.S. 95

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 95 about noon Sunday, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

All lanes of northbound U.S. 95 at Lake Mead Boulevard have reopened.

The NHP spokesman said the man did not die at the scene, but was unsure if he died en route to University Medical Center or at the hospital.
