Las Vegas police probe shooting at Las Vegas and Nellis boulevards

Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting near the intersection of Las Vegas and Nellis boulevards.

Details are slim at this point, but a Metro spokesman said a female was shot in an apartment complex in the 4200 block of Nellis. She was taken to University Medical Center.
