Plaid-clad robber steals cash, cigarettes from Las Vegas store

Las Vegas police said Tuesday they looking for a plaid-clad robber who stole cash and cigarettes earlier in March.

The man went into a convenience store near U.S. Highway 95 and Eastern Avenue and pointed a gun at the cashier. The man demanded cash and cigarettes, then fled on foot. Police did not specify the location or date the robbery happened or how much money he got.

Police described the robber as black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 170 pounds. He had brown eyes and black braided hair and wore a gray plaid hoodie and multicolored plaid pants.
