Faith Lutheran debuts new competition center
Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School recently debuted its Crusader Competition Center, a 26,000-square-foot gym that will host high school basketball, wrestling and volleyball competitions, sports practices and other school events. The gym seats 1,287 people, and the lobby and concession stand area have state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, including 65-inch television monitors, screens, projectors and high-definition cameras. The renovation included a new 4,000-square-foot weight room with Hammer Strength equipment and freshly painted motivational messages adorning the walls. Older equipment was donated to the Metropolitan Police Department's juvenile program. (Special to View)
