Palo Verde High let out early after electrical problems

Students at Palo Verde High School were dismissed early Friday because of electrical problems, the Clark County School District said.

A spokeswoman for the school district did not specify the kind of electrical issues, but NV Energy Inc. was responding.

Students were released from school about noon, two hours earlier from their regular dismissal time. Buses were sent out to the school early to take students home.
