Life Is Beautiful expands lineup

Life Is Beautiful just got more beautiful-er.

The three-day music and food festival, which returns to downtown for a second year Oct. 24-26, has announced a handful of additions to its lineup.

Joining the roster is coed Swedish electro pop troupe Little Dragon, DJ-producer Baauer, best known for his hit “Harlem Shake,” Australia-based singer Kimbra, who sang on Gotye’s smash “Somebody That I Used to Know,” Portland’s rootsy, funky Nahko and Medicine for the People and free-form New York City indie rockers Bear Hands.

The bands join already-announced performers Outkast, Foo Fighters, Kanye West, Arctic Monkeys, Lionel Richie, Skrillex and more than 50 others.

Tickets are available at www.lifeisbeautiful.com.
