Las Vegas man dies in Lincoln County crash

A Las Vegas man died when his truck rolled over Tuesday on a Lincoln County highway.

Dexter Henry, 30, was headed northbound on U.S. Highway 93 just north of the Clark County line about 3 a.m. when he lost control of his 2005 Dodge Ram pickup after it started to drift off the road, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.

The truck skidded into the shoulder and overturned, throwing Henry from the cab. He died at the scene.

Henry was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.

The fatality was the 42nd this year for the Highway Patrol’s Southern Command.
