Police seek identity of robbery suspects

Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two people connected to an August robbery near Flamingo Road and Arville Street.

Police said two people walked into a Subway restaurant at 4551 W. Flamingo Road at about 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 19, posed as customers, and waited for others to leave before committing the crime.

One person acted as a lookout while the other demanded money at the counter, police said. The person at the counter grabbed the cash drawer but dropped it as he tried to flee the restaurant. He took the cash from the drawer before the pair fled.

A description of one of the robbers indicates he is between 15 and 18 years old, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has brown hair and a mustache, and was last seen wearing a black ball cap, a black T-shirt and dark shorts.

The other person is about the same age, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, a dark T-shirt, dark shorts and long, white socks.
