NHP investigating fatal crash on 95 and Craig

At least one person is dead following a single-vehicle crash on U.S Highway 95 and the Craig Road off ramp, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Authorities were called to southbound 95 and the Craig off ramp where a vehicle crashed about 5:40 p.m. Thursday, NHP spokesman Loy Hixson said.

It wasn’t clear if more than one person died, Hixson said.

Since the vehicle ended up away from the highway, no lanes were blocked, Hixson said.
