Watch Las Vegan Kris Bryant’s first walk-off home run for Cubs

Kris Bryant has already had his share of memorable moments so far in his rookie season for the Chicago Cubs. The Bonanza High School product added to that list Monday night, when he launched a walk-off two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning at Wrigley Field to lift the Cubs to a wild 9-8 win over the Colorado Rockies.
Bryant’s blast — his 14th of the season to go with 59 RBIs — kept the Cubbies in striking distance of a playoff berth, two games behind the San Francisco Giants for the second Wild Card spot.
Bryant told MLB.com that hitting a walk-off homer has “got to be one of the best feelings in sports.”
“I’ve had a couple of those in my career, but they were both in college, and one last year. To do it on this stage, in front of the fans here in Chicago, and for myself, I’ve been struggling a little bit, but I’m never going to give up. I know it’s going to turn around and it did today.”
