UNLV finds itself in changing athletics world

Ex-UNLV AD Jim Livengood says these are uncertain times in college athletics. UNLV has advantage of improved facilities such as Allegiant Stadium. Fertitta Football Complex also is a major upgrade for UNLV. T.J. Otzelberger is trying to point the basketball program in right direction. Major programs, though, should easily better handle financial fallout.
