Coroner IDs man killed in Primm McDonald’s stabbing

The man who was fatally stabbed at a McDonald’s in Primm on Sunday morning has been identified.

He is Pedro Ramos, 38, according the the Clark County coroner’s office.

Las Vegas police found him with a stab wound to the neck at the restaurant about 9:15 a.m. He died during a helicopter ride to a hospital.

Police said two traveling associates stopped at the fast-food place for breakfast when an argument broke out.

Justin Weiss, 33, was arrested Sunday by the California Highway Patrol. He is being held in California and is awaiting extradition to Clark County to face a murder charge.
