Metro responds to fatal west valley crash

Las Vegas police responded to a fatal crash in the west valley Tuesday night.

Medical personnel were called to a shopping center at 8471 W. Sahara Ave., near South Durango Drive, about 7:30 p.m.

Metro spokeswoman Officer Laura Meltzer said the crash involved a vehicle and a motorcycle. One person died on the scene. No other details were available.
