Semi-truck crash closes intersection of Hacienda and Mountain Vista

Two cars and a construction semi-truck collided Monday near the intersection of Hacienda Avenue and Mountain Vista Street, slowing traffic in the area for about two hours.

It happened about 10:48 a.m., according to Las Vegas police. The intersection was closed for about an hour. Police reported the road closure via Twitter at 11:22 a.m.

No one was taken to the hospital, police said.

Traffic was partially blocked until about 1 p.m. when the semi-truck was towed, according to Metro spokesman Officer Larry Hadfield.
