Marc Ratner revisits the “Fan Man” incident 25 years later

During the seventh round of Riddick Bowe and Evander Holyfield’s title rematch at Caesar’s Palace on Nov. 6, 1993, Peter Miller of Las Vegas, who later became known as “Fan Man”, landed his motorized paraglider in the ring forcing a 20-minute delay.
