System malfunction causes brief power outage in North Las Vegas

About 1,200 North Las Vegas residents briefly lost power Tuesday night, Nevada Energy said.

NV Energy posted to their website around 4:20 p.m. 1,207 people were left without power because of a “system malfunction.” Crews responded fairly quickly and the problem was fixed around 5:30 p.m., NV Energy spokesman Mark Severts said.
