Desert Oasis Junior Defies Odds, Disability to Play Varsity Football

Born with a dysfunctional left arm from his shoulder down, 16-year-old Donald Lombard, a Desert Oasis junior, grew up playing sports with the use of just one upper limb. Now, Lombard is making a name for himself–halfway through the season, he’s competing for a spot on Diamondbacks’ varsity football team.
