Defendants in school funds embezzlement case arraigned

Former Clark County schools official Priscilla Rocha and four of her co-defendants were arraigned Monday on a total of 52 charges linked to the theft of $289,000 in public funds from the School District’s Adult English Language Acquisition Services program.
