Nevada Highway Patrol Officer Joseph DellaBella helped deliver Brenda Velasquez-Cartegena’s daughter Thursday morning in front of Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas. DellaBella went to visit Velasquez-Cartegena and her daughter, Bianca Garcia-Velasquez, Friday afternoon with baby supplies and received a surprise of his own: he was asked to be a godfather.
