Myles Jury to fight Rick Glenn at UFC 219 in Las Vegas

Updated October 11, 2017 - 2:08 pm

A featherweight bout has been added to UFC 219 on Dec. 30 at T-Mobile Arena.

Myles Jury will fight Rick Glenn, sources close to the organization confirmed Wednesday.

Jury returned from more than a year out of action to score a quick knockout of Mike De La Torre in April. Before the layoff, Jury had lost back-to-back fights after a 15-0 start to his career.

Glenn has won two straight after dropping his UFC debut to Evan Dunham. Glenn is coming off an impressive performance in a win over Gavin Tucker at UFC 215 in September.

Glenn, a former World Series of Fighting champion, has won five of his past six overall.

The card also features a bantamweight contender bout between Dominick Cruz and Jimmie Rivera, and the return of welterweight star Carlos Condit, who will fight Neil Magny.
