Las Vegas shooting victim: Michael Gracia, Ontario, California

An Ontario, California, police officer was among those wounded during the deadly mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest music festival Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Officer Michael Gracia, 24, was shot in the head, Ontario Police Department Sgt. Jeff Higbee confirmed. Gracia had surgery in Las Vegas Monday morning and is in critical condition.

His fiancee was also injured, but her wounds were not life threatening, Higbee said.

Gracia has been a police officer for four years, Higbee said.
