A judge has dismissed the 14-count indictment against a Las Vegas attorney. Alexis Plunkett, 36, broke down in tears. She was charged with improperly providing a cellphone to jail inmates. Plunkett has said she is in a relationship with one of the inmates, 26-year-old Andrew Arevalo. Judge Michael Villani said he was dismissing the indictment because he did not believe the state’s argument applied to Plunkett’s case.
