Henderson annexing 45 acres from Clark County

Henderson is expanding by 45 acres.
The Henderson City Council Tuesday approved extending city limits by annexing more than 35 acres located northwest of Las Vegas Boulevard South and St. Rose Parkway. It was an agreement made between Western Henderson, LLC and the city.
City officials also annexed approximately 10 acres located at Via Nobila in West Henderson. It is located northeast of Las Vegas Boulevard South and the Sloan Interchange in unincorporated Clark County.
The 10-acre annexation agreement was made between the city and LV BLVD Pacific LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
