Vegas Uncork’d kicks off its four-day food-and-wine festival when celebrity chefs gather at noontime at The Vortex at The Linq Hotel to saber off the cork on a giant bottle of prosecco. In the evening, Caesars Palace chefs Michael Chow, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, Guy Savoy and Greg and Marc Sherry host their Master Series dinners, while Frank Pellegrino Jr. celebrates the 10th anniversary of Rao’s. Over at The Venetian, Timon Balloo hosts at his Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill.

Gwen Stefani and Jon Bon Jovi are the entertainers at the 21st Annual “Power of Love Gala” at MGM Grand Garden Arena hosted by Keep Memory Alive of The Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Awards will be presented to Ronald Perelman for philanthropy and tennis superstar Andre Agassi for community support. Illusionist Siegfried Fischbacher receives the Caregiver Award for his dedication to Roy Horn of Siegfried & Roy. A few $1,500 tickets with host chefs Wolfgang Puck and Michael Mina remain.
