TONIGHT IN LAS VEGAS
Colorful costumes, joyful dancing and thrilling live music are featured in “Taj Express: The Bollywood Musical Revue” that roars into The Smith Center for the Performing Arts for the final stop of its three-month U.S. tour. The show explodes with the sounds of India and Bollywood capturing the vibrant spirit of the world of Indian movies that have entertained billions.
“Taj Express” is a film within a show as a fusion of romance, dance and music that takes the audience on a live cinematic journey through modern Indian culture and society — a high-energy celebration of new India’s pop music, Bollywood culture and deep-rooted traditions.
Former Caesars Palace headliner Shania Twain turns up as a mentor to the Final 12 contestants on NBC’s “The Voice” tonight and Tuesday, and there are rumors that she might join the cast full time as a fifth mentor next season. The sad news is that her much-anticipated new album might be pushed back to a fall release instead of as was expected in the summer.

TOMORROW’S TEASES
Plans for Sir Elton John’s new run of residency shows at The Colosseum at Caesars for Tuesday and Wednesday have been postponed until Friday due to medical reasons. “The Million Dollar Piano” prince also has canceled his May 3 performance for a final medical checkup. This weekend’s and next week’s shows Monday, Thursday and Friday are still on.
“30 Rock” creator and former “SNL” star Tina Fey premieres her comedy “Great News” on NBC, and I appear in one of the early episodes.
