Pardee will hold a grand opening for Encanto today

Today, Pardee Homes plans to celebrate the grand opening of Encanto, its newest neighborhood off Fort Apache Road between Sunset Road and Patrick Lane in the southwest valley.

“Encanto’s spacious single-story and single-story, plus loft plans are designed to maximize indoor and outdoor living spaces,” said Pardee Homes’ Division President Klif Andrews. “And it is conveniently located near the 215 Beltway and established retail, medical, schools, parks and other services in the popular southwest Las Vegas corridor.”

Priced from $459,000, Encanto’s floor plans range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet with three-car garages and options including loft, second master suite and sliding or optional stackable doors that create indoor/outdoor living areas.

Plan 3-X adds a second floor loft and powder room that can be built as an optional fifth bedroom and fourth bath and with an optional wet bar.
