Easy living at Vista Dulce

Vista Dulce by Toll Brothers offers elegant, luxury townhomes in The Mesa village of Summerlin. Featuring private backyards, separate driveways, homeowners association-maintained front yard landscaping and access to the neighborhood’s private clubhouse with fitness center and pool, the Vista Dulce lifestyle is attracting a variety of homebuyers for a number of reasons.

“My wife and I had a house in Rhodes Ranch for 10 years but we wanted to eliminate our exterior maintenance responsibilities,” said new Vista Dulce homeowner Dennis Krzeminski. “We realized Vista Dulce was the perfect place for us.” The Michigan resident and his wife, Nancy, spend winters in Las Vegas and selected a Vista Dulce townhome for their new winter getaway.

The gated Vista Dulce neighborhood sits at the base of the Spring Mountains. The three, two-story floor plans range from 1,580 to 1,889 square feet and come standard with three bedrooms, two-car garage with driveway, covered loggia and private backyard. Floor plans also offer a foyer, drop zone between garage and kitchen, second-floor laundry room and optional loft or fourth bedroom.

Other options include hi-tech automated upgrades using the Control4 home automation Web-based app, accessible from smartphones, computers and tablets. Control4 allows homeowners to control a number of home settings remotely, including turning off, on or dimming lights, locking and unlocking exterior doors, opening and closing garage doors, and viewing, setting and adjusting thermostats.

“These floor plans offer incredible design options and upgrades similar to what is more typical of single-family homes,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, vice president of marketing for Summerlin. “Toll Brothers is providing an upscale alternative for those who want a smaller space and less maintenance while still providing the quality Summerlin lifestyle upon which the community is built.”

“Toll Brothers is big in Michigan and has a reputation for quality,” said Nancy Krzeminski, “so we were delighted to find a Toll Brothers townhome neighborhood in Summerlin.” Krzeminski says it was not only the floor plans but also the overall design of the neighborhood that made buying at Vista Dulce an easy decision. “Having a first-floor bedroom and full bath is incredibly convenient when our parents visit. The intimate size of the neighborhood also means we have a better opportunity to meet our neighbors. That really appealed to me.”

All three floor plans are modeled and feature Toll’s broad variety of home finishes and elegant upgrade options. The Botticelli and the Allesandria models received a gold and silver award, respectively, for the lux interior design elements featured in each home at the 2016 National Association of Home Builders annual homebuilding awards.

Situated across the street from Bishop Gorman High School, Vista Dulce is within walking distance of the 19-acre Mesa Park and is near the 106-acre Downtown Summerlin, the fashion, dining and entertainment destination in the heart of the community.

Homes at Vista Dulce start in the high $200,000s.
