Ryland and Standard Pacific are now CalAtlantic Homes

Continuing the legacies of Ryland and Standard Pacific, CalAtlantic Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders announced that now through Dec. 31, it is holding its Year-End Sales Event. During the event, home shoppers can choose from dozens of designer homes in 17 of Ryland’s Southern Nevada communities that are ready for move-in by the end of the year.

“These are the best values we have offered all year,” said Kelli Cunningham, sales director for CalAtlantic Homes’ Southern Nevada division. “Our Year-End Sales event gives home shoppers an opportunity to take advantage of special pricing on designer homes with lots of upgrades and additional year-end incentives worth thousands.”

“All of the designer homes available in this sales event include the best possible options selected by our design team,” Cunningham said. “They vary by plan and include items like upgraded flooring, countertops, fixtures and finishing’s. Many also include structural upgrades and options.”

Homebuyers who buy any Ryland home in Southern Nevada that can close by Dec. 31 can receive a gourmet kitchen and as much as $3,000 toward closing costs when using Ryland Mortgage. Gourmet kitchens, which vary by plan and community, can include stainless-steel, built-in wall ovens, single-convection wall ovens, dishwashers and over-the-range microwave ovens.

One of Ryland’s most popular communities in Henderson, Cadence, has four designer homes available in its Huntington collection. All four homes include three bedrooms, 2½ baths and Ryland’s signature rooftop deck. The two-story homes range in size from 1,942 to 2,132 square feet and are nearby the Cadence master plan’s 50-acre Central Park.

“Central Park is across the street, and the splash pad is already open with the pool and dog park opening in the spring,” Cunningham said. “A brand-new Smith’s marketplace is opening next year, and it will be right next door to our Monroe collection homes.”

Across the valley in northwest Las Vegas, Ryland’s Bristle Falls neighborhood has four available homes in the Year-End Sales Event. These two-story homes range in size from 2,441 to 2,719 square feet and include as many as four bedrooms and up to three baths.

“Bristle Falls is located in the heart of northwest Las Vegas, just outside the Providence master plan,” Cunningham said. “This is a perfect neighborhood for those who want quick access to parks and amenities without the fees associated with master plan living. It is nearby several parks, Highland Falls Golf Course, the Santa Fe Station casino and many other dining and shopping destinations.”

And in southwest Las Vegas, Ryland’s Monterra neighborhood has five homes available for move-in by New Year’s Eve.

“Most of our designer homes in Monterra are available for immediate move-in and have lots of valuable designer options,” she said.

The two-story homes include as many as four bedrooms and up to three baths, measuring as large as 2,550 square feet.

“Monterra is nearby the I-215 Beltway and West Russell Road, so it is a quick drive to many employment and entertainment destinations in the area,” Cunningham said. “It’s also surrounded by 21,000 square feet of lush perimeter landscaping, so it feels secluded.”
