ASCAYA to host open house Thursday in Henderson

Ascaya, a luxury hillside community in Henderson, is hosting a public open house 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Guests will have the opportunity to visit home sites, view renderings and preview showcase homes at the private community.

The collection of 313 luxury home sites is nestled in Henderson’s McCollough Range. The home sites average $1 million.

The development’s first custom home broke ground in July and a $25 million luxury clubhouse is expected to start construction later this year. Seven showcase homes are being built by some of the country’s top architects. Admission is free, reservations are required, email to RSVP@ascaya.com by 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

Ascaya is nine miles south of the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson’s McCullough Range. It rises nearly 1,000 feet above the Las Vegas Valley and features views of the city and surrounding mountains.
