SUMMERS, SET FOR ALL-STAR GAME, IMPRESSES DRAFT EXPERT
Tailback Frank Summers is the only UNLV football player to make an all-star game, and he is competing in the Texas vs. The Nation game in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday.
Sporting News draft expert Russ Lande offered his analysis after watching Summers in practice.
"He shows power on draw plays, running hard inside and breaking tackles at the line of scrimmage, always keeping his legs moving," Lande wrote on the Web site. "On one play, he ran over a linebacker and a defensive back."
