UNLV softball shortstop Blando named to All-West Region third team

UNLV shortstop Garie Blando was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches All-West Region third team. A junior from Chino Hills, Calif., Blando led the Rebels in most offensive categories, including games played (55), batting average (.389), runs (55), hits (70), doubles (16), home runs (15) and RBIs (46).
