Ohio State racks up 21 hits in baseball rout over Rebels
Troy Montgomery went 4-for-6 with two doubles to pace a 21-hit assault by Ohio State in its 20-3 rout over UNLV in a nonconference baseball game Saturday at Wilson Stadium.
The Buckeyes (7-5-1) totaled 10 extra-base hits and had five players with at least three hits in halting a three-game skid.
Carlos Robles had two of the seven hits for the Rebels (6-7), who committed six errors and saw their four-game win streak end.
